• CESSE members save $100 on registration. Explore CESSE membership to save.
• Attendees who register by May 27 save $50 on registration. The discounted rate expires May 27 regardless of membership.
• Groups of 5 or more who register together each save 10% on your registration.
• **Meeting planners can register at no cost when another member of their society or association registers with a paid admission

Partner Registration

Thank you for partnering with us! Once you have submitted your ACCESSE Prospectus, please contact Adrianne Spiller at [email protected] to get registered to attend. Confirmed partners will be directly emailed a link to a separate registration form.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you are unable to attend ACCESSE, please email CESSE Member Services at [email protected]. To receive a refund of your registration fee (less a $125 processing fee), your written cancellation request must be received by Friday, July 3rd, 2026. In the event that CESSE must cancel the meeting, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Please note that CESSE will not refund any expenses related to attending the meeting. All refunds will be processed after the meeting concludes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
