When and where is the 2027 CESSE CEO Meeting?

Sunday, January 24 - Wednesday, January 27, 2027 at the DeSoto Savannah in Savannah, GA. On-site registration and check-in will begin on January 24 at 12:00pm. Our final session will conclude at 10:00am ET on January 27.

What is the cost to attend?

Registration costs to be announced.

How do I register?

Registration for STEM society CEOs and Executive Directors can be accessed on the registration page. Conference partners will be contacted directly regarding registration.

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?

If you are having issues or need to modify or update your registration, please contact member services at 847.375.4736 or [email protected].

Can I register on-site?

Yes! However, we highly recommend registering ahead of time in order to receive updates and communications about the event.

How do I cancel my registration? 

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend the 2027 CEO Meeting, please email CESSE Member Services at [email protected] by January 6 to request a refund, less a $125 processing fee. After this date, registrations are non-refundable. In the event that CESSE must cancel the meeting, all registration fees will be fully refunded. Please note that CESSE is not responsible for reimbursing any other expenses related to attending the event. All refunds will be processed after the meeting concludes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Will there be a virtual option to attend?

No, the CESSE CEO Meeting will take place in person.

Will session recordings be available?

Session recordings will not be available from the CESSE CEO Meeting.

How many Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credits can I earn by attending the CESSE CEO Meeting?

In 2026, CESSE CEO Meeting attendees were eligible to receive 13.5 CAE. Credit information for 2027 will be announced this Fall.

How do I reserve my hotel room?

Discounts will expire January 3, 2027, or when rooms sell out. To attend all events, book for January 24–27.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary, so we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket to all sessions.
