When and where is the 2025 CESSE CEO Meeting?

Sunday, January 26, 2025 - Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at the InterContinental Montréal Hotel. On-site registration and check-in will begin on January 26 at 12:00pm. Our final session will conclude at 10:00am ET on January 29.

 

What is the cost to attend?

Registration costs vary based on time of purchase.

  • Early Bird Rate: $1,145
  • Regular Rate: $1,245

 

How do I register?

Registration for STEM society CEOs and Executive Directors can be accessed via this form or on the registration page. Registration for partners will open in the coming weeks. If you have any questions regarding partner registration, please contact Adrianne Stokes at [email protected].

 

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?

If you are having issues or need to modify or update your registration, please contact member services at 847.375.4736 or [email protected].

 

Can I register on-site?

Yes! However, we highly recommend registering ahead of time in order to receive updates and communications about the event.

 

How do I cancel my registration? 

If your plans change and you are unable to attend the CESSE CEO Meeting, please contact CESSE Member Services at [email protected] or 847.375.4736. To receive a refund of your registration fee (less a $125 processing fee), your written cancellation request must be received by Friday, January 10, 2025. In the event that CESSE must cancel the meeting, registrants will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Please note that CESSE will not refund any expenses related to attending the meeting. All refunds will be processed after the meeting concludes.

Will there be a virtual option to attend?

No, the CESSE CEO Meeting will take place in person.

 

Will session recordings be available?

Session recordings will not be available from the CESSE CEO Meeting.

 

How many Certified Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) credits can I earn by attending ACCESSE?

ACCESSE attendees are eligible to receive up to 13.5 CAE and 13.5 CMP.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Conference attire is business casual. Meeting room temperatures tend to vary, so we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket to all sessions.
