Plan Your Travel to ACCESSE 2025
The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is just 12 miles—about a 20-minute drive—from our ACCESSE venue, the W Philadelphia hotel. Most attendees can fly in by mid-day Monday, June 23, and fly out either very late Wednesday, June 25, or at some point on Thursday, June 26.
Travel to the W Philadelphia via a taxi, rideshare, or rental car.
- Find a taxi at the airport taxi stand just outside of the baggage claim area, at Zone 5 on South Commercial Roadway. When you leave baggage claim, just look for signs for “Ground Transportation” and “Taxis/Zone 5.”
- Meet your rideshare driver from Uber, Lyft, or another app-based ride service just outside of the baggage claim area, at Zone 7 on South Commercial Roadway. Look for “Ground Transportation” and “Ride App/Zone 7” signage. An Uber should from the airport to the hotel should cost approximately $45.
- To rent a car at airport, you can choose one of the car rental agencies at PHL. Most provide frequent free shuttles to their rental car facility from all baggage claims, picking up passengers from “Zone 2” on Arrivals Road. The overnight rate for valet parking at the W Philadelphia is $73.50.
International passengers who fly into Terminal A-West should take the elevators to the airport’s Ground Floor to access ground transportation options.
