The Association Basics program will be delivered in two 4-hour sessions. Attendees will receive 8 CAE & CMP credits for participating in the workshop. Attendees will participate in breakout rooms and use a workbook to engage and discuss topics with other association professionals.

NICOLE BOSTONPrincipal, Boston ConsultingNicole Boston is a certified association executive (CAE) with 25 years of experience in the engineering industry. She previously served as Deputy Director of Fiatech, an industry-led consortium in the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin focused on deploying new technologies to improve capital projects. Before that, she served as executive director of the Building Futures Council as well as held senior management positions at the Civil Engineering Research Foundation at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
